Governance

The Paris & District Chamber of Commerce is governed by a board of directors consisting of a president, vice-president, past president, treasurer, and directors. Directors are elected by the membership at the AGM to serve a minimum term of one year. Directors may choose to take part in the board's standing committees. Executive (president, vicepresident, treasurer) are elected by the board following the AGM

If you are a member in good standing of the Chamber and are interested in becoming a director or a member of a standing committee, you are invited to put your name forward to the committee chair or directly to the board.

Chamber members are encouraged to bring forward issues of concern or interest by contacting the appropriate committe chair, the coordinator, or one of the directors.
