Booth Selection
Vendor spaces are booked within each category grouping (ie. food, wine, beer, cider, coffee, tea). The Brant Eats Committee will select the vendors from the applications received. Preference will be given to County of Brant businesses and will be opened up to surrounding area businesses if needed, to ensure we have a diverse selection of food and drink vendors.
Venue spaces will be assigned according to a carefully laid out map, created by the Brant Eats Committee.
During the 2024 Brant Eats Food and Drink Expo, we plan to accommodate approximately 34 vendors.
Vendor Requirements:
Table Space. 8’ table provided at no charge
Raffle Prize(s) Vendor can choose to supply raffle prize(s) as an incentive to have attendees visit their business after the event.
Please note: alcohol prizes must be in the form of gift certificate or voucher – no physical bottles.
Food Food vendors to supply a minimum of 300 bite size food samples.
Drinks Drink vendors to supply a minimum of 300 sample size drinks
Supplies Vendor to supply any required plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, napkins, etc. to safely serve samples
Power Please indicate if power is required. Access to outlets is limited so will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
Supplies Vendor to supply extension cords and any other items to safely operate their table.
Conditions of Use
The Brant Eats Committee agree to consider the above-named Vendor for an agreed upon space at the Brant Eats Food & Drink Expo, subject to the terms & conditions as follows:
- Any representative of the Brant Eats Committee shall have access to the vendor space at all times
- The Vendor will conduct business in a cordial and orderly manner, and maintain their assigned space including but not limited to; all garbage, recycling and cans are to be maintained and disposed of in the appropriate vendor designated area.
- Vendors offering any food or alcohol must comply with all current health and safety regulations. Vendors will be required to complete a Brant County Health Unit form indicating the products they will be serving and any refrigeration or heating requirements.
- Sale of products will not be permitted at the event but vendors can take orders to be filled after the event.
- Vendors will not be permitted to conduct any exhibition of character, show or amusement, which is not approved by the Brant Eats Committee.
- Non-Food Vendors or Vendors not classified under the health code as a food or beverage item, must be approved by the Brant Eats Committee.
- The Vendor will be responsible for any damages to the grounds, fixtures or any other premise property, during the setup, take down, and operation of their services.
- The Vendor agrees to operate for the set hours and will not take down their structure or remove it from its location, until such time has been reached.
- The Vendor will provide their own operating equipment, including but not limited to; extension cords and cables up to 100 ft, as you may be located a distance from the power supply box.
- 10.The Vendor will be respectful of parked vehicles and will park vendor vehicles in a respectful manner following all laws and regulations.

Please note: Vendors found to be neglectful or who fail to observe the above Conditions of Use, may be held responsible after the Brant Eats Food and Drink Expo. The Brant Eats Committee reserves the right to remove any Vendor services including equipment, property, and its employees if in violation of any of the Conditions of Use. Submission of this application does not automatically guarantee the applicant a reservation at the event. All applications will be reviewed and approved or denied by the Brant Eats Committee.
